Do you love challenges?The “Global Innovation & Industry Consulting” (GIIC) Business Function operates in a matrix organization across all local and regional business units.

The Global GTM Content and Enablement Team within GIIC drives projects and initiatives to improve our industry & LoB business aiming at providing the best industry/LoB solutions with focus on long term customer relationship and customer (lifetime) value, increasing consulting quality, streamlining approaches across countries, enabling, and developing expertise in respective fields.

As a Content & Enablement Manager (f/m/d) you will be creating valuable industry and Line of Business (LoB) content and ensure enablement for Go-To-Market purposes.

■ Create GoToMarket (GTM) documents in close cooperation with our Center of Excellence Heads for a successful market positioning of our portfolio and capabilities.

■ Organize and moderate internal enablement sessions regarding our GTM portfolio for our colleagues in sales and delivery.

■ Support the customer reference creation and lifecycle management process and the maintenance of the assets in internal DMS.

■ An eye for attractive design and detail in creating meaningful GTM content using a storytelling approach.

 

Convince us with your potential!■ A degree in business administration, economics, marketing or communication and/or previous experience as a content & enablement manager

■ Fluent in English orally and in writing; other languages are a plus (e.g. German)

■ Excellent writing and communication skills in English, ideally moderation skills

■ Interest in IT solutions and their added business value

■ Moderation skills to conduct enablement sessions and meetings

■ Well versed in MS Office and MS Sharepoint

■ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

■ Ability to work in an international environment including remote collaboration
